The firm was incorporated in Florida in 2007, and its office is located at 9270 Bay Plaza Blvd. Suite 604 Tampa, FL 33619, just two miles away from Brandon's MD Oriental Market.
Jin Chen, the founder of the firm, has engaged in accounting and tax work for more than 30 years. He graduated from Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics in 1985, and received his master’s degree in accounting from People’s University of China in 1989. After graduation, he worked for China's largest multinational group, SINOCHEM, for 10 years. Chen also studied accounting at the University of South Florida. After obtaining his CPA licenses in Florida, he joined two local CPA firms. Since 2007, Jin Chen CPA PA has provided services to more than 400 small businesses and 2000 families.

陈进（CPA）是该事务所的创始人。他从青年时期到现在的30多年时间内一直从事会计和税务的学习，研究和工作：1985年本科毕业于湖南财经学院（现为湖南大学的一部分）；1989年研究生毕业于中国人民大学会计系；研究生毕业后曾在中国当时最大的跨国集团公司SINOCHEM从事会计工作长达10年之久。后又就读于美国南佛罗里达大学（USF）并获得Florida州注册会计师资格。USF毕业后又在当地两所注册会计事务所工作过。从2007年创立Jin Chen CPA PA 后至今，该事务所先后为400多家小型企业，2000多个家庭提供了服务。
